Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes*

Long route: (8 + years) Dam of Platanovrisi to Paranesti

Duration: 4 hours*

Degree of difficulty: 2.5-3

Please note that for experienced tailors there is the possibility of spring coming down Arkoudorema.

Equipment provided is the boat, paddles, helmets, life jackets, coveralls isothermal uniforms, Neopren shoes for better protection and isothermal wind-shelter-waterproof (if the weather requires it). There are changing rooms available (men and women) where you can change and leave your clothes during the activity as well as shower.

What you need to bring with you:

– Swimsuit
– Second underwear
– Towel
– Sunscreen and perhaps a t-shirt for sun protection
– Small backpack for personal items
– Appetite for fun and good mood
